her sister ships President I and and President II (Yellow Crane),
President III - M. V. Splendid China is one of the best cruise ships
on Yangtze River. Named by former Chinese Premier, the ship is a
joint venture of China Travel Service (Hong Kong) Ltd., one of the
largest travel group, who also owns a same name theme park in Tampa,
Florida, and Hubei Yangtze Cruise Corp Ltd., who was a pioneer in
the cruising business on Yangtze River.
At a length of 91.8 meters, a width of 16.8 meters and a draft of
2 meters, this four star deluxe cruiser has a maximum speed of 32
km/hr in still water. Once you see it, you will not forget its unique
outlook: it is like a traditional Chinese Palace. After aboard,
you will find that the most modern passenger conveniences and spaciousness
have been incorporated, blending the elegant and glamorous features
and appearances everywhere. Equipped with imported engine, air-conditioning

Cruisers on Yangtze River.

center of recreations, dining room,, gift shop, business center,
beauty salon, clinic, chess room, laundry, and foreign exchange

and small to medium-sized conferences. In the past years, this ship
was one of the best sellers on the greatest river in China. In 2009,
the Splendid China is sailing between Wuhan and Chongqing or Yichang
and Chongqing.
